| Candidates should have the following skills: |

10 years of experience in full life cycle SDLC |
|
|
5 years of Architect level experience building enterprise software solutions |
|
|
5 years of experience as a project manager including teams of 25 or more people |
|
|
5 years of consulting experience including 2 or more years in sales support |
|
|
2 years of Agile experience using SCRUM |
|
| |
| Previous P & L experience in IT consulting and/or experience in working with global teams would be a plus. |

| The selected candidate should have a “consultant type mindset”. That is, effective listening, questioning and presentation skills; the ability to interface with internal & external clients @ all levels of the organization, and the ability to function as a subject matter expert in support of company sales staff. |
| |
| Technical proficiencies required include: |
|
|
Strong experience within the .Net systems architecture and with the Microsoft stack of development tools / platforms |
|
|
Experience leading development teams in an Agile / Scrum / or Iterative development approach |
|
|
Full knowledge, competency and experience in all phases of the SDLC |
|
|
Ability to gather user requirements, document business processes / flows and deliver technical specifications to development teams |
|
|
Strong project administration and project management skills |
|
|
Ability to flourish in a fast paced dynamic, high growth environment |
|
|
Experience managing offshore and / or geographically diverse teams desired |
|
|
Experience in consultative sales support and / or proposal development desired. |
